Daniel was called to the bar in 2012. Prior to coming to the bar he worked in offshore corporate management in Hong Kong. This gave him a detailed knowledge and understanding of the use, structure and function of offshore companies, double taxation treaties and anti-money laundering regulations.
Daniel is an Affiliate Member of STEP.

Probate, Succession and Trusts
Daniel welcomes instructions in probate (contentious and non-contentious), succession and trust matters including applications under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975; Applications under the Variation of Trusts Act 1958, Applications under section 50 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985.
He is regularly instructed to attend mediations, round table negotiations and settlement meetings.

Daniel regularly advises and acts in TOLATA matters and can advise in conference and writing as may be required.
